Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
